The provisions of §§ 121—125 of this title in no way limit the powers granted by other acts to the municipalities and other governmental organizations, boards, agencies, or officials to determine zones of action for their laws, rules and regulations, or directions, such as zone classification to differentiate between rural, urban, or others.
