The following terms, whenever used or referred to in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise:(a) Corporation.— Shall mean the New San Juan Center Project created by this chapter.(b) Bonds.— Shall mean bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness or obligations.(c) Agency.— Shall mean department, bureau, commission, board, office, dependency, instrumentality, public corporation, political subdivision or any other government organization.(d) Person.— Shall mean every natural or artificial person.(e) New Center of San Juan.— In its geographical meaning, shall mean the area of land comprised within the following limits: On the North by the Martin Pena channel, on the South by the northern abuttal of plots located at the North of O’Neill Street, the same O’Neill Street in its prolongation, also known as G Street, and in the section of street comprised between Munoz Rivera Avenue and Uruguay Street, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Avenue and its prolongation; on the East by Uruguay Street from the prolongation of Franklin Delano Roosevelt Avenue up to Quisqueya Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue in the section of street comprised
