The Corporation shall submit to the Governor, to the mayor of San Juan, to the Legislature and to the municipal legislature at the close of each fiscal year:(1) A report on its financial standing.(2) A report on the transactions carried out by the corporation during its preceding fiscal year.(3) A report on the status and progress of all its activities since the creation of the corporation or since the date of its last such reports.
