In the event that a building permit or a permit for the development of a project is so denied, the applicant may resort directly to the Reviewing Board for review within the term of twenty (20) days as of the date notice is served of such resolution or agreement of the Permit Management Office or of the authorized professional following the procedure provided for in §§ 9022—9022f of this title.
