The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works, as well as the various chiefs of agencies and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth Government, shall be bound to remit to the Commission all pertinent information regarding the works under construction or to be constructed, so that the Commission may carry out the purposes of §§ 178—182 of this title.
