(a) It is hereby provided that as of February 18, the 87th anniversary of his birth, the Isla Verde International Airport shall be designated as the Luis Munoz-Marin International Airport.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Ports Authority shall take the necessary steps to carry out the provisions of this section.
