(a) It is hereby provided that the Isla Grande Airport be denominated as the Fernando Luis Ribas-Dominicci Airport.(b) The Commission for Denominating Structures and Public Highways of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Ports Authority, shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
