(a) To provide that the stretch of Highway PR-181 known as the 'Trujillo Alto Expressway' be named after Manuel 'El Olímpico' Rivera Morales.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
