(a) To provide that the basketball court of José Emilio Lugo Ponce de León High School be officially designated as the 'Víctor I. Lugo Sepúlveda Basketball Court'.(b) The Denominating Commission of Public Structures and Highways of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, in coordination with the Education, and Sports and Recreation departments, shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
