(a) It is hereby provided that the section of Road PR-5556, which extends from PR-14 Road to the baseball field of Barrio Pasto, Santana Sector, including the bridge over Rio Cuyón, which allows access to said community, shall be designated as the 'Carretera Roberto ‘Tutin’ Mateo Espada,' and the 'Puente Roberto ‘Tutin’ Mateo Espada.'(b) The Public Structures and Roads Denominating Committee of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
