(a) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to designate Highway 848 of Barrio Saint Just, Trujillo Alto-Carolina, as the 'Avenida Juan José García Ríos'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
