(a) It is hereby provided that Highway 28 located in the Luchetti Industrial Urbanization of Bayamón shall hereafter be designated as 'Francisco José de Goya Avenue'.(b) The Structures and Public Highways denominating Commission shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
