(a) It is hereby provided that Highway Number 5, located in the Luchetti Industrial Urbanization in the Municipality of Bayamón, shall henceforth be denominated as the 'Prudencio Unanue Highway'.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Denominating Commission of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
