(a) To name the stretches and branches of the highways that constitute the Puerto Rico Panoramic Route from Maunabo-Yabucoa to Maricao-Mayagüez after the Puerto Rican statesman, Luis Muñoz-Marín.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as the Department of Transportation and Public Works and the Highways Authority, shall take the necessary measures to place the corresponding signposts and comply with the provisions of this section.
