(a) It is hereby provided that henceforth the Fine Arts Center of Puerto Rico shall be denominated as the 'Don Luis A. Ferré Fine Arts Center'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of § 178 et seq. of this title.
