(a) The Study Hall of Ponce High School, located on Cristina and Salud Streets in Ponce, is hereby designated as the 'Luis A. Ferré Aguayo Study Hall'.(b) The Department of Education together with the educational authorities of Ponce High School, shall provide for a pertinent activity for such recognition.
