(a) It is hereby provided that henceforth Las Amércas Expressway will be denominated as the 'Autopista Luis A. Ferré-Aguayo'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to that which is provided §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
