(a) It is hereby provided that the Puerto Rico Medical Center, located in Monacillos Ward of the Municipality of San Juan, be officially designated as 'Centro Médico Dr. José Celso Barbosa'.(b) The Public Buildings and Roads Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, as well as the Puerto Rico Medical Services Administration, shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions of this section.
