(a) It is hereby provided that the facilities where the Juncos Diagnostic and Treatment Center (CDT, Spanish acronym) is located be named after Dr. César Augusto Collazo, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Denominating Committee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Department of Health, and the Juncos Municipal Administration shall take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section.
