(a) It is hereby provided that the Plaza located on Brumbaugh Street, at the entrance of Barriada Venezuela of Rio Piedras, be designated hereinafter as Juan José 'Chejuan' García Plaza.(b) The Public Structures and Roads Naming Committee of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
