(a) It is hereby provided that the Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, created by virtue of §§ 178—182 of this title, designate the basketball court at the Sábalos Nuevos Housing Project in Mayagüez as the Héctor M. (Conchi) Ortiz-Justiniano Court. Said court is under the jurisdiction of the Public Housing Administration.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission and the Public Housing Administration shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the court located at the Sábalos Nuevos Housing Project be properly identified with the name of Héctor M.
