(a) It is hereby provided that the ' Teatro Centro Escolar ' of the Municipality of Yauco shall be designated with the name of 'Professor José Antonio Giovannetti-Román'.(b) The Public Highways and Structures Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
