(a) To provide that the stretch of Highway PR 2 from Mayagüez Terrace Urbanization to the Añasco Bridge be designated with the name: 'Miguel Angel García-Méndez Highway', and in the event that said stretch is converted to an expressway, it be designated as the 'Miguel Angel García-Méndez Expressway'.(b) The Public Highways and Structures Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
