(a) The Central Coloso [sugar mill], located in the municipality of Aguada, is hereby declared as a resource of historic importance.(b) The Planning Board, in coordination with and the endorsement of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, shall faithfully comply with the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, for the benefit of this and future generations.
