(a) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture is hereby directed to name the Yabucoa Government Center after Luis Rivera-Arroyo.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the Public Buildings Authority shall take the necessary steps to ensure the faithful compliance with the provisions of this section.
