(a) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Committee of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture is hereby directed to name Highway PR-901 after Ernesto Carrasquillo.(b) The Structures and Public Higways Naming Committee of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take any necessary steps in order to ensure that the Highway Authority fully complies with the provisions of this section.
