(a) The Old Canóvanas Sugar Mill, located in the municipality of Canóvanas, is hereby declared a site of historic value.(b) The Planning Board, in coordination with the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the Commonwealth Office for Historic Preservation, shall take the necessary steps to include the former Canóvanas Sugar Mill in its Register of Historic Sites.
