(a) It is hereby provided that The Music Hall Theater, located on Del Parque Street, in the Municipality of San Juan, be designated as Dra. Victoria Espinosa Experimental Theater, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to Puerto Rican theater and for her artistic legacy to Puerto Rican culture during fifty (50) years of continuous work, thus becoming the Dean of Theater Directors in Puerto Rico.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, attached to the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subjected to the provisions of § 179 of this title.
