(a) The stretch of road that connects José de Diego Expressway and Road 137 of Morovis, known as the 'New Morovis Detour', is hereby designated with the name of Angel A. Laureano Martínez.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Denominating Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
