(a) Avenida Estación of the municipality of Isabela, Puerto Rico, is hereby named after Mr. Lulio Efraín Saavedra-Blasco, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Isabela Municipal Administration shall take all the necessary steps to fully comply with the provisions of this section.
