(a) It is herein provided that the bypass northeast of the municipality of Juncos, be designated with the name of Engineer Josué Díaz Díaz.(b) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Structures and Public Ways Designating Committee and the Department of Transportation and Public Works shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
