(a) It is hereby provided that Expressway PR-53 shall henceforth be designated as the 'Autopista José Celso Barbosa'.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section.
