(a) The First Lutheran Church located at No. 75 Barbosa Avenue of the Municipality of Cataño is hereby declared a historic monument.(b) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, in coordination with the Municipality of Cataño shall take the necessary measures for the faithful compliance of the provisions of this section, as set [forth] in §§ 178 et seq. of this title. Furthermore, the First Lutheran Church shall also be included in the list of historic sites and places, pursuant to the provisions of the laws and regulations in effect.(c) The Land Authority, with the advice of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall install a commemorative plaque alluding to said designation no later than six (6) months [following] the effectiveness of this act.
