(a) The Government Center of the Municipality of Isabela is hereby designated with the name of Carmelo Pérez-Rivera.(b) The Administrator of the Government Center shall place a sign at the building described in subsection (a) of this section in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Administrator is hereby exempted from compliance with the provisions contained in §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act'.(c) The expenses to be incurred for the signage of the building may be defrayed with private, municipal, commonwealth or federal contributions.
