(a) The new main technical office building of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, located in Barrio Monacillos in the Municipality of San Juan, is hereby named the 'Edificio Ing. Julio A. Negroni Arizmendi'.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
