(1) To direct the Public Buildings and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture to designate the new headquarters of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, in the Hato Rey sector of the Municipality of San Juan with the name of the outstanding Puerto Rican, banker and industrialist, Guillermo Rodríguez-Benítez.(2) The Public Buildings and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions established herein.
