(a) To request the Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture to designate the Veterans Home located in the Municipality of Juana Díaz with the name of Don Roberto González-Vázquez in acknowledgement of his significant contribution and valuable efforts to improve the quality of life of thousands of Puerto Rican men and women veterans, as well as of the veterans who reside in Puerto Rico.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section.
