(a) [It is hereby provided] that the Fire Station of the municipality of Santa Isabel be name after Vicente Meléndez-Borges, an outstanding public officer.(b) Upon its approval, the Department of State shall notify the Government of Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission for it to conduct the pertinent administrative procedures.
