(a) The Desvío Sur Avenue in the Municipality of San Germán, is hereby designated with the name of Jorge Alberto Ramos-Comas.(b) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Denominating Commission shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
