(a) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to designate the Diagnosis and Treatment Center (C.D.T., Spanish acronym) of the Municipality of Rincón with the name of 'Tomás Bonilla Feliciano', in recognition of his praiseworthy work as legislator.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall expedite the process for the celebration of a formal public act for said naming on the date agreed upon with the Municipal Legislature of Rincón.
