(a) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission is hereby directed to name the tunnel network project which shall connect the Municipalities of Maunabo and Yabucoa after Vicente Morales-Lebrón.(b) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
