(a) To rename the Cardona Key, located to the south of Ponce Beach and to the west of Punta Carenero, as the 'Sister Isolina Ferré Key'.(b) The Planning Board and the Municipality of Ponce shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of §§ 62—63j of this title, and §§ 4001 et seq. of Title 21, respectively.
