(a) The Public Buildings and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to name the new South Detour of the Municipality of Peñuelas after Angel Miguel Candelario Arce.(b) Once this act has been approved, the Department of State shall notify the Public Buildings and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico so it may conduct the pertinent administrative procedures.(c) The Public Buildings and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the measures needed to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
