(a) The Ermita Espinar Ruins in the Municipality of Aguada are hereby declared a historic monument.(b) The Planning Board and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary steps for the faithful and strict compliance with this section. The Planning Board shall include the Ermita Espinar Ruins in the Municipality of Aguada in the Register of Historic Landmark Sites and Zones, pursuant to Section 3.2 of Planning Regulation No. 5, and shall identify the site as a Historic Site in the corresponding zoning map.
