(a) To order the Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture to name the indoor court of the José A. Castillo Mercado Housing Project of Sabana Grande after Pascual Vega Ramirez.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
