(a) To designate the new Coliseum of the Municipality of Aguada with the name of Ismael 'Chavalillo' Delgado, and to exempt said designation from the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act'.(b) The Municipal Government of the town of Aguada shall give the name of Ismael 'Chavalillo' Delgado to the new coliseum, in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Municipality of Aguada is hereby exempted from compliance with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act' for the purposes of the designation required in subsection (a) of this section.
