(a) To designate the basketball court of Guayabo ward, Casualidad sector of the municipality of Aguada with the name of Nelson Alers González, and to exempt said designation from the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission'.(b) The municipal government of the town of Aguada shall place a sign with the name of Nelson Alers González in the basketball court, pursuant to the provisions of this section. The municipality of Aguada is exempted from compliance with the provisions contained in §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission', for the purposes of the designation required ins subsection (a) of this section.
