(a) To designate the basketball court of the community school of Rayos Guaras ward of the municipality of Sabana Grande with the name of Luís A. 'Pucho' Santana Marrero (RIP).(b) The Secretary of the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall place a sign with said name at the basketball court described in subsection (a) of this section pursuant to the provisions of this section.
