(a) The town hall of the municipality of Aguada is hereby declared a historical monument.(b) The Planning Board and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures to give faithful and strict compliance to this section. The Planning Board shall include the town hall in the Puerto Rico Historical Sites, in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Planning Regulation No. 5, and shall identify the place as a historic site in the corresponding zoning map.
