(a) The San Francisco de Asís Parish, located in the urban center of the municipality of Aguada, is hereby declared [a] historic[al] monument.(b) The Planning Board and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures for the faithful and strict compliance of this section. The Planning Board shall include the San Francisco de Asís Parish in the Puerto Rico Historic Sites and Zones Register, pursuant to Section 3.2 of Planning Regulation No. 5 and shall identify the place as a historic site in the corresponding zoning map.
